How do we work?
We care about delivering the best possible quality to our clients to help them achieve their (financial) objectives - and we like to have a laugh with our clients too.
PicNic International has a very simple ad-hoc approach to business and no hierarchy whatsoever: No Director’s offices, no bureaucracy and we promise we don’t employ people that care more about how they look than they care about their work (you have seen them before in creative agencies..).
You may also be glad to know we don’t just employ creative people: We also employ people who have worked on the client side and know what clients expect and how important financial results are to any business.
PicNic always insists on closely working together with their clients to achieve the best possible result: PicNic can’t do the job just by themselves: PicNic needs to learn about their client’s business in order to understand the needs of their clients. To make sure any campaign is kept in line with the the client’s objectives PicNic needs continuous feedback from their clients.
PicNic understands very well that the primary objective for their campaigns is to drive revenue & awareness. PicNic appreciates the importance of revenue generation and delivering on revenue-specific goals.
Many of our current clients ended up working with PicNic as a result of being tired of working with big agencies, having grown tired of dealing with politics, invoices-by-the-hour and layers of account managers whilst only seeing mediocre results. We often hear that a local Italian touch really makes the difference between campaign success and failure.. and that a true local touch is hard to find.
We enjoy working for our clients and achieving a breakthrough together. We always make sure that we both deliver a great result and that we have a great time together.
